Implementation Coordinator! This is a long-term opportunity with benefits including paid holidays and continuing education. This role is hybrid with approximately 50-70% travel to customer site(s), and candidates must live in Ohio or Indiana

Who you are:
  • Network engineer skills and experience are important to support network engineers in implementation and migration events, gathering site information and plan.
  • Plan and coordinate network change events based on the scope of work in the region.
  • Project coordinator and/or PM skills important for this role.
  • Must live in the respective region where they work because they will be hands-on with the sites. Visit sites and site contacts.

What you'll do:
  • Assist with site change event planning
  • Quality check site surveys, a.k.a. site walkdowns
  • Determine site preparation remediations (Power, cable, rack space)
  • Track the completion of site preparation remediations or post-change event remediations
  • Engage with the site business contact and local IT to build relations
  • Identify site business contacts
  • Coordinate changes for implementations
  • Document site logistics for shipments of freight to the destination
  • Participate in the tracking of devices decommissioned and sent for either destruction or saving for the region
  • Provide site escort, if needed for change events where clientwill permit it
Specialized training for NERC/CIP sites (e.g. substations) and nuclear sites will occur at some point. Proper background check a must. Pay rate: $50-$55/hr
