Network Lead -NOC Job title- Network Lead Work Location- US-OH-Mayfield- On- site Is this remote- No Client interview(Yes/NO)- No Roles and responsibilities: Customer Management:
- Should be able to communicate with all stakeholders in end-to-end chain to get things on time.
- Problem and Change management, Troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents within the stipulated SLA.
- Responsible for providing technical support to customer and ensuring customer's network uptime is 99.99%
- Effective governance, communication, escalation, and status reporting having appropriate KPIs and Metrics.
- Adaptable to 24x7 operations
- Networking (CCNA Certified)
- LAN ,WAN , Routing , switching and troubleshooting.
- SDWAN Velocloud
- Unify Atos and Open Space for Voice infrastructure.
- Security Fortinet Management (Forti manager) and other internet breakout security controls.
- Policy and VLAN configuration as per customer business needs
- Provide remote support to the client
- Operational ongoing support
- Design networks (LAN, WAN, SDWAN) and configuration.
- Should have extensive knowledge and hands-on on end routers, switches & firewall.
- Should have sound knowledge on switching i.e. VLANs, HSRP, MHSRP, VRRP etc.
- Should have thorough knowledge of state of art infrastructure.
- Should have experience / knowledge of multi-vendor environment.
- Will work in different project assignments and will be the owner of the designs and configurations.
- Should have excellent knowledge of MS Visio.
- Should have excellent communications skills
- Monitor Service, Investigate and Record Event
- Track and communicate event progress
- Manage Customer Compliments or Complaints
- Responsible for coordinating and communicating between different stakeholders across chain
- Provide on call/remote assistance to field technicians
- Provide technical assistance to team members.
- Must be willing to work in night shifts.
- Adaptable to 24x7 operations
