The role will be responsible for maintaining procedural standards and organizational expectations.Responsibilities:- Monitor and support the companies wide area network infrastructure
- Maintain a high level of process documentation and support.
- Light hardware setup capabilities, troubleshooting network equipment.
- Monitor and support wireless network and VOIP, as well as core applications
- Monitor and provide incident management for data centers, labs, storage and recovery sites
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in a network operations environment, data center, or demonstrated, relatable technical and organizational experience
- Must be able to interact with technical peers as well as business partners
- Experience troubleshooting Cisco and Juniper equipment, and experience with Windows OS
- Experience with Solar Winds
