Provides basic direct patient care activities and, under the supervision of the RN, can assist with technical skills as identified on the Record of Activity of Orientation (RAO).Qualifications:Required:
Actively enrolled and in good standing in an accredited school for Licensed Practical Nursing, completed fundamentals of nursing, and is currently enrolled in clinical.
Continuous enrollment in a nursing program or a graduate of a nursing program and board eligible.
BLS Certification from the AHA for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
Eligibility to continue in the position lasts for a maximum of 6 months after graduation from nursing school.
