Focus on automated solutions to transform patient care and clinical outcomes.
Engage in agile approaches for quality, iterative, and timely technology implementations.
Collaborate with nursing, IT, ancillary, and operational departments to enhance the patient and caregiver experience.
Facilitate communication, education, installation, support, optimization, outcomes, decision support, and analytics for technologies utilized by Cleveland Clinic's Nursing Institute.

This position will support various sites across Cleveland Clinic and after orientation, work a hybrid schedule. Occasional evening/night/weekend work will be required, as needed, for special projects.This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a high-demand field. Mature awareness of self-presentation and appearance during verbal and nonverbal interactions. Possess a working knowledge of all aspects of the clinical analyst role. Able to serve as a just in time resource regarding all major responsibilities and expectations of the role.
Owns all project and assignment accountability to timelines, expectations, and outcomes through timely and accurate communication, issue escalation, deliverable completion, and overall personal engagement and ownership.
Facilitates decision making with stakeholders. Participation in brainstorming sessions/groups. Supports and drives towards innovation and embraces team culture. Routinely engages clinical caregivers to validate, support, train and remediate knowledge deficits related to clinical systems and workflow adoption that directly impact practice and operations.
Independently analyze change and optimization requests for existing and new technology solutions. Comprehensive review of current state workflow design and systems integration to determine what future state solutions are possible, including assessment of any policies, practices, or procedures that might be impacted. Understands and develops timely project metrics that effectively measure and align actions and outcomes to the strategic organizational and departmental goals.

Education:
Completion of a recognized course of study from an accredited School of Nursing. BSN Preferred. In-depth knowledge of clinical nursing theory and practice.
Certifications:
Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.
Technical certification may be required.
Epic Certification or recertification within 90 days of hire.
Work Experience:
3 years clinical nursing experience, inpatient preferred
