You will contribute new ideas and approaches that bring CGI’s OCM frameworks and methodologies to our clients and drive enduring, impactful change success across multiple industries.This role is based in the United States (location flexible) with minimal travel.Your future duties and responsibilities: Design, develop and deliver OCM focused advisory to a broad range of new andexisting clients across our commercial and state government sector; counsel clientson a wide range of topics including OCM, enabling change, strategic culture and change management frameworks, methodologies, approaches and innovative ways to drive change in a constantly shifting environment.Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Strong, independent ability to advise, facilitate and guide OCM teams, CGI stakeholders, internal sales teams and client leadership; Very comfortable navigating and resolving challenging situations, difficult stakeholders, personalities and politics across organizations Highly-experienced background in OCM, multiple methodologies, frameworks and approaches with a minimum 7-10 years of practical, hands-on experience in delivering OCM strategies as a client-facing consultant, internal business partner or trusted advisor Confidence to effectively communicate with and influence internal and external partners at all levels, demonstrating capability to create valuable networks Ability to produce and deliver presentations and written materials (strategies, reports, case studies, proposals, etc.) to a high standard with clients and partners Extensive knowledge and application of change management principles from multiple change management frameworks Advance and adapt change management frameworks for projects and CGI's service offering portfolio Actively give input, support and advance your team / cluster / business unit with change management and transformation Independently formulate innovative change strategies and create change architectures for client transformation programsDesired Knowledge of neighboring disciplines such as social psychology, behavioral science, cultural science, leadership, and/or organizations & institutions Experience in social capital, social engineering, persuasion and decision-making processes Distinct ability to influence decision-making processes Facilitating entire change and transformation projects and programs (regardless of size) Establish and execute turnaround planning for change management and transformation projects Coaching experience of individuals and teams Innovate change management & transformation methodologies, frameworks, offerings and client delivery Actively advance the service offering portfolio developing end-to-end approaches for change management and transformationAt CGI we call our professionals “members” to reinforce that all who join our team are, as owners, empowered to participate in the challenges and rewards that come from building a world-class company. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
