Part Time Apartment Maintenance Person

Seeking a part time maintenance person who has skill sets needed for apartment repairs. Initially, I need somewhat with window skills to remove for A/C units from a 2nd floor apartment and place the units in an above attic.If for some reason a window does not close properly following the A/C removals, I need to have the right person available to make adjustments or repairs. I also need this same person to install new filters in 2 gas furnaces in the building. Lastly, we recently had a new front door and frame installed. The trim work needs to be painted.

I have a 3 unit apartment in Corryville within walking distance of the UC campus, I also have a rental condo unit and my own personal condo unit, both located in Anderson Twp. My work needs are more catch as catch can i.e, when a problem occurs, I need a person to perform the service.
