Part time handyman position for a small apartment

Two small apartment complexes located in Youngstown and Warren are in search of a handy man who is skilled in plumbing, electric, painting, and all normal apartment type repair work. This is 3-4 day work week, and as an independent contractor the selected handy man will pick his/her own hours and work well with others to accomplish and complete stated projects and answer tenants emergency calls…. The preferred candidate must have own tools and vehicle…. Preferred hours are 6-7 hours per day, 4-5 days a week.
