Part-Time Horse Barn Staff (Weekday Mornings + Weekends)

Lucky Charm Farm is looking for a reliable, horse-experienced barn team member to help with morning chores and weekend stall care.

We’re a friendly, drama-free hunter/jumper barn with high standards of care and a genuinely supportive team.

Part-Time Schedule:

2 Weekday Mornings (we are flexible on which days): 8:00 AM – 12:00/1:00 PM

Saturdays & Sundays: Stall cleaning + Evening Chores (approximately 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

Cleaning stalls (we provide a gator and have stall mattresses!)

Feeding and watering

Sweeping, tidying, and general barn care

Bringing horses in safely and calmly

Basic horse handling and observation of horse health/behavior

Occasional light farm tasks as needed

Requirements:

Prior horse handling experience (non-negotiable)

Reliable transportation

Able to work independently, efficiently, and with attention to detail

Comfortable with a physical, fast-paced job

Kind, patient, safety-focused approach with horses
