Part-Time Maintenance Technician – 3–4 hrs/day – $20/hr + Gas Card

We’re looking for a part-time Maintenance Technician to help with daily repair across our residential portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who already has a small side business, is in trade school and wants hands-on experience, or is retired and looking for steady extra income.

We aim to schedule 3 - 4 hours of regular work each day (Monday–Friday) with flexible scheduling.

What You’ll Do

Handle basic to intermediate maintenance and repair tasks

-Complete work orders: light plumbing, basic electrical, appliance troubleshooting, drywall patches, lock changes, debris removal, etc.

-Assist with painting, touch-ups, and cosmetic updates

-Perform minor repairs in vacant and occupied units

-Keep common areas and work sites clean

-Document all work performed and communicate with office staff as needed

What We’re Looking For

-Someone who can work independently and solve problems on site

-Good communication with tenants, owners, and internal staff

-Reliable, consistent, and able to manage a daily task list

-Strong customer service and professionalism

-Basic math and the ability to clearly document work

Preferred Skills

-Drywall repair

-Painting

-Lock changes and rekeying

-Appliance troubleshooting

-General handyman skills

-HVAC experience or certification is a strong plus

Requirements

-Valid driver’s license

-Reliable vehicle

-Ability to carry tools/materials as needed

-Must be able to work 3–4 hours per day, Monday–Friday
