Part-Time Real Estate Photo Runner – $50 Per Appointment (Dayton, OH)

We’re a local real estate investment company looking for a dependable photo runner to take clear photos and walkthrough videos of properties during scheduled seller appointments. This is perfect for someone with a flexible weekday schedule who enjoys being on the road and working independently.

What You’ll Do:

-Visit properties in Dayton, OH and surrounding cities during scheduled appointments

-Take interior and exterior photos (and short video walkthroughs if possible) including HVAC, water/gas meter, electrical breaker, etc

-Upload media to Google Drive immediately after the visit

-Follow simple instructions and be punctual

Requirements:

-Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

-Smartphone with a decent camera

-Comfortable using Google Drive, Google Photos, and Google Calendar

-Professional, courteous, and detail-oriented

Pay:

-$50 per completed appointment

-Appointments are scheduled on a rolling/as-needed basis
