  • 3+ years of PeopleSoft ERP Operations Management.
  • 3+ years of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management 9.2 product experience (Human Resources, Benefits and Administration, ePerformance, Performance Management, Enrollment, Payroll and Compensation, Time Management, Job Data, Position Management, Queries and Reporting, Employee Data, Employee Notifications, Self-Service)
  • Application management/outsourcing experience – preferably onshore – in a leadership role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Large/complex organization experience
  • Works with our business partners, MSP, and any new benefits vendors to ensure that newly built vendor interface enhancements are properly designed, completed, and added to the batch schedule for ongoing processing.
  • Works with the Middleware team (SOA) to create SFTP accounts and firewall requests to allow new vendor access to the SFTP server.
  • supplying navigations for their testing scripts, staging TCD files in the non-production project testing environment for testing by Batch, attending information exchange and touchpoint meetings with our business partners and the project teams.
  • Provides assistance to other teams to create interfaces or troubleshoot PEOPLESOFT SFTP server connectivity issues.
  • Ensures that agency files are successfully transferred. Especially important when TCD agencies have issues with transmissions of payroll timesheet data.
  • Ensures the rapid response necessary to successfully acquire missing agency files for processing.
  • Assesses options for when files can best be loaded into PeopleSoft HCM to enable agency payroll personnel the ability to access the data online as soon as possible.
  • Monitors SFTP server activity for interfaces to determine what interfaces are being created and/or retrieved.
  • Evaluates that interface processes are maintained in the custom architecture in PeopleSoft HCM.
  • Ensures that OAKS PEOPLESOFT standards for processes to generate files within the batch schedules are followed.
  • Continuously tracks which interfaces are being uploaded/downloaded by users.
  • Deactivates interfaces continuously being created but not downloaded by users.
  • Regularly monitors the file transfer accounts to ensure that the agency users are still active employees.
  • Works with Business and MSP to support day-to-day PeopleSoft-based HCM operations.
  • Develops and reviews business requirements documents for requested enhancements to ensure that specifications are clear and include information needed by MSP developers to fulfill enhancement requests.
  • Performs code reviews of MSP-delivered enhancements.
  • Validates MSP estimates for completing enhancements.
  • Maintains requirements traceability documents and test scripts.
  • Provides MSP with approvals to migrate objects into production so that the information can be included in the weekly Change Approval Board (CAB) entries for discussion and approval.
  • Performs custom architecture configuration necessary for enhancements that require new interfaces or interface changes.
  • Reviews and uploads user acceptance test documents into the SharePoint repository.
  • Filters security access requests from our business partners (DAS-HRD/ART) to ensure that the forms provided in the requests are properly completed prior to assignment to the OIT Security team for review, approval, and reassignment to the MSP for fulfillment.
  • Use common tools working in a PeopleSoft environment (e.g., PeopleCode, SQR, SQL, Oracle databases, PeopleTools, developer tools) in support of the DAS HCM applications for payroll, benefits, and human resources.
  • Resolves PeopleSoft HCM Software Issues:
  • Gathers and analyzes information from OAKS colleagues, MSP, other contractor teams working at OAKS, the OIT Security team, our business partners, and existing design and standards documents, to determine the appropriate course of action to be taken for issue resolutions.
Preferred:
  • Experience with Timekeeping systems such as Kronos
  • Experience with Document Management Systems such as OnBase
  • Experience with Hiring and Learning Management Systems (Taleo experience is a plus)
  • Public Sector experience
  • Experience working with, or as a part of, a Tier-One System Integrator firm providing PeopleSoft/Oracle professional services
  • Ability to interface and resolve issues across all levels of an organization
  • Upgrade and/or application patch, bundle, or image experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • PeopleSoft Certification(s)
  • ITIL Certification
