This role is responsible to provide medically prescribed, goal-oriented therapy in accordance with the Physician Plan of Care, company policies and professional Standards of Practice.About You
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution
Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state and in good standing with the Board in which he/she will practice
One year or more work experience in physical therapy in a multidisciplinary setting is preferred
Knowledge of principles, concepts, and methodology of physical therapy appropriate for terminally ill patients
Ability to travel 100% on a daily basis
