Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Podcast Producer in CLEVELAND, Ohio. This role operates within the creative media industry and focuses on the production and editing of podcast episodes. The successful candidate will be responsible for post-production tasks, collaboration with team members, and the creation of engaging audio-visual content.Responsibilities: Implement high-quality audio editing to ensure seamless transitions between podcast episodes Oversee post-production tasks such as audio enhancements, noise reduction, and music selection Cooperate with podcast hosts, guests, and team members to guarantee episode objectives are met Create and edit high-quality videos for promotional purposes, including marketing campaigns and interviews Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and enhancement, incorporating visual effects, transitions, and graphics as necessary Use Adobe Audition to improve audio quality, eliminate background noise, and optimize sound levels Collaborate with the marketing team to produce multimedia assets that align with brand guidelines and audience preferences Optimize content for various platforms and devices, taking into consideration aspect ratios, file formats, and file sizes Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in podcasting, videography, and multimedia production Manage and organize an asset library of audio and visual content, ensuring efficient file management and easy access. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Podcast Producer Demonstrable skills in podcast production Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition Experience in video editing and video content creation Familiarity with video camera operation Strong understanding of video audio production Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure Commitment to maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
