Product Analyst for the Workspace Mobile team that will focus on assessing the product suite performance, measuring Customer Satisfaction, running feature pilots, and creating test plan for upcoming feature release tests in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team as well as, analyzing, understanding and evaluating user feedback. Your analytical skills and user-centric mindset will play a critical role in shaping the future of our mobile products and contributing to the company's growth.You will play a critical role in driving the success of the company's mobile product suite. By analyzing data, identifying trends, and working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help optimize user experience, drive user engagement, and improve overall product performance. Your work will have a direct impact on the company's bottom line and contribute to the success of the mobile product portfolio. You will help groom new feature requests and will work with other product groups and stakeholders to understand global priorities and translate them into our own priorities, deliverables and features within our roadmaps. You'll own the teams' backlog and work with business analysts to ensure that work is refined and sequenced properly. Providing leadership and ownership throughout our organization.Job responsibilities

Run feature testing Pilots and gather user feedback data, while Identifying, assessing and documenting project artifacts, business requirements and functional specifications

Analyze user behavior and engagement data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement for our product features and craft production deployment plan in collaboration with Product Owner, engineering and development teams.

Collaborate with Product Managers to define product requirements, prioritize features, and align on product strategy based on data-driven insights.

Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses, optimize user experience, and improve product performance.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and inform ongoing optimization efforts. While also maintaining the product roadmap focusing on deliveries

Manages key relationships and collaborates with product stakeholders and teams including technology, design, architecture, analytics, etc.

Maintain and update new feature documentation, ensuring all websites, KB articles, service desk and end user marketing/ collateral is up to date.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

2-5 years of applicable business experience with demonstrated expertise in product development in agile/scrum environment at financial services or technology organizations.

Exceptional communications and presentation skills across multiple audiences at senior levels. Team players are a must.

Knowledge of technology processing, and customer impacts of real-time processing.

Experience writing initiatives, epics, and stories in JIRA, and building customer journeys in Figma.

Knowledge of Quality Analysis and setting up the plans for production testing.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience with endpoint testing of mobile applications and product stack

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Bachelor's degree

Experience with agile product development techniques and continuous integration philosophies and practices for speed to market

Experience working with APIs and/or message based services
