Role: Product Specialist / Technical Lead

Location:

Cincinnati, OH

Experience with financial software / trading technology / trading systems / OMS
Previous project management, implementation, business analysis, or system delivery experience with external facing clients for projects of a material size and duration
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), especially related to listening and soliciting feedback
Proficient in SQL / MS SQL (queries, joins, selects, etc)
Proficient in MS Excel
Excellent problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills
A well-rounded personality – detail oriented with a strong work ethic
A degree from a 4-year university

Configure the product to meet the client's needs according to the Business Requirements Document
Understand the functional impact of various configuration options and offer recommendations on different proposed designs
Document the design in a Functional Requirements Document
Collaborate with internal team: Business Analysts, Technical Solutions, QA, Product, Project Management
Provide product demonstrations as needed (both internally and externally)
Assist with client user training
Communicate key insights and findings to product team when relevant
