The rate within this range is dependent on the individual's working departmentWhat You'll DoPrimary Job Duties and Responsibilities:Machine Operation: Perform routine setups, changeovers, and equipment adjustments to run orders to exact specification.Quality & Precision: Monitor gauges, meters, and standard measuring tools (tape measures) to catch abnormalities before they create waste.Logistics & Material Handling: Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts/heavy equipment) to load, move, and ship materials across departments.Problem Solving: Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and investigate mechanical issues to identify root causes.Team Collaboration: Step outside daily tasks to support teammates, participate in continuous improvement, and ensure site safety
