Production Scheduler

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Plans, prepares, issues and controls production schedules and coordinates material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements.

Coordinates, directs and monitors the procurement of materials, production schedules, and shipment of orders including directing the deliveries of materials and release of orders to manufacturing and maintaining proper inventory and costs throughout the order.

Oversee the progress of orders from release until shipment.

Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.

Implements, reviews, recommend and/or perform timely corrective action required for all rejected material.

Assist shipping/receiving as needed

Assist other departments as needed
