Role Description: The

Production Support (Monitoring) must have at least 6+ years of experience. This role will be responsible for proactively building and implementing services to make IT and support better at their jobs. This can be anything from adjustments to monitoring and alerting to code changes in production. In this role, you will join the team and have immediate impact pertaining to Production Support, RunOps, and Monitoring. This would be the only Production Support role on the team, at least for the foreseeable future, with the possibility or need of growing the area. As a Production Support, you will interface with all other technical teams pertaining to Clients Self-Checkout and work closely to troubleshoot issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities and Duties: - Handle incoming tickets for supporting the Clients Self-Checkout solution - Monitoring dashboards, reports and alerts to ensure the highest system availability - Work closely with the Clients Self-Checkout team to improve observability and Production Support maturity

Specific Knowledge and Skills: - Ability to work from office minimum 3 days per week - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Strong technical troubleshooting skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 3-5 years of experience supporting medium to large Production systems - Work cross-functionally with the various teams in the organization and help establish SLOs and then help teams consistently achieve those SLOs. - Experience with RCAs, Monitoring and Alarming in all environments and familiar with tools like Mongo Charts, New Relic, Power BI, Elasticsearch, Service Now. - Experience participating in Scrum/Kanban, AGILE workflow technologies and using JIRA, Confluence, and OneDrive. - Experience using Postman

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
