Maintain project plan, issues log, action item log, meeting agenda, meeting minutes and other artifacts as required to do job.18. Collaborate with development team to create design specification in business requirements. (Capture additional requirements based on design, capture global rules for system consistency).19. Experience in coordinating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).20. Assist with end-user training and create any training artifacts if needed.21. Experience agile and SCRUM methodologies.

REQUIRED SKILLS:1. Eight (8) years’ verifiable and demonstrable experience as a full-time delivery project manager.2. Four (4) years’ verifiable and demonstrable experience working directly with end-users to define requirements and provide technical advice and assistance in a large-scale environment.3. Three (3) years’ verifiable and demonstrable experience interviewing non-technical end users to determine and document current business process flows.4. Two (2) years’ verifiable and demonstrable experience in Business Process Re-engineering.5. Needs to be able to transfer BA knowledge to staff.6. Ability to multi- task and meet aggressive deadlines.7. Pay detail attention to requirement changes.8. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative agile environment.9. Experience in TFS (Team Foundation Server)
