Seeking Program Manager ability to drive the Agile projects using Agile burn down charts and other tools. - 8 years technical Experience leveraging both Agile and traditional SDLCS practices with the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
- Ability to drive the project using Agile burn down charts and other tools.
- Experience leading and managing technology staff by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Experience with Program/Project Success Factors such as Organizational Change Management, Business / Customer Relationship Management, and Process Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Agile scrum master duties include supporting vendor led and OBG internally driven initiatives.
- Facilitating sprint resourcing, planning/scheduling, daily scrums, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Participation in sprints and backlog grooming; track and manage key performance indicators including velocity; identify risks, issues; communications including providing coaching to the sprint team and feedback to management on progress and changes.
