One of our clients is looking for the position of
Program Manager based on following skills: Candidates who can work from Columbus, OH since Hybrid Work model starting soon Requirement Description:- Work with Agency project managers to facilitate the development of project scope definitions.
- Designs project plans which identify needs and define major tasks and milestones, based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel.
- Identify and manage program risk and develop risk mitigation strategies, track to closure.
- Organize, manage, and direct project team tasks and assure the proper application of project management standards, tools, and methodologies in project work.
- Coordinate and produce project level resource reports.
- Communicate effectively with third-party vendors, supporting the State as appropriate.
- Ability to develop strong client and working relationships with the team
- Experience working with government agencies is a plus
- Experience with managing third-party vendors
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Visio, Microsoft Teams
- Must have strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Must have ability to work in a team environment
- Mandatory Requirements/Time College degree or equivalent technical study
- 8 years Project/Program Management experience, including using tools to manage projects
- 4 years’ experience with full lifecycle implementation projects from requirements definition through implementation
- 3 years’ experience with vendor management and/or third-party vendor application implementations
- Currently remote work, subject to change with the needs of the business; local candidate preferred
- Current PMP certification
- Use of project management tools
- Understanding of Agile, Azure DevOps tools
