Role : Program ManagerLocation: Columbus, OH (onsite)Job Description:The Technical Project Manager is an Information Technology (IT) position that will provide oversight, guidance and support to technical group in Portfolio Management group.This role must be familiar with industry leading project management methodologies and governance processes that facilitate the delivery of successful projects.The focus of this role will be to provide leadership to experienced program and project managers and offer guidance on project management functions, as needed. The workers responsibilities and skills must include:- Experience with general IT SDLC processes.
- Experience with implementing Enterprise Systems Integration projects Planning and developing solutions by working with Technical Lead(s) including coordination of different technical teams and architects to identify and address dependencies and resolve any impediments to delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills Being a creative thinker to solve issues.
- Experience with driving Systems Integration delivery projects from 3rd Party vendors to delivery acceptance and project closure.
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
- Working knowledge of product development architecture. Proficiency in the use of analytic tools.
- Ability to prioritize effectively.
- Prepare and present executive level project communications project tracking and stakeholder management, monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.
- Should have Java development back ground.
