Program Support Specialist21000 Brookpark Rd, Cleveland, OH 44135, USA Req #426Friday, December 6, 2024ASRC Federal Technical Services is seeking a Full-Time Program Support Specialist to provide support to a NASA contract in Cleveland, OH. The schedule will be set, but hours can be planned around the candidate's request/preference during regular business hours, M-F 8:30am-5:00pm. This is a hybrid position, likely requiring 2-3 days onsite at NASA Glenn Research Center, and some telework.

Responsibilities: Assist with foreign international and reimbursements for government staff. Provide project/administrative and planning support for the Spectrum Policy and Planning Office for HQ and the Spectrum Management Office at GRC Support and coordinate meetings, onsite or at other locations, including room logistics, agendas, computer support, etc. Request, collect, and store deliverables in online repositories. Organize files in a central website. Reserve meeting rooms as requested, and print information for presentations as needed. Assist with financial reports and data entry. Additional projects will involve compiling information, research, or assisting in special projects, or other duties as assigned. Assist with onboarding process to ensure new hires have everything they need. Assist with exit paperwork as needed. Fill out NASA and ASRC paperwork as needed for NASA badges, laptops, etc. Compile monthly deliverables, and extract information from deliverables to draft into monthly presentations and status reviews. Draft email communication to staff. Develop and maintain inventory/rosters for the contract. Update and maintain contact lists. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for onboarding of contract staff, and checklists of potential staff needs based on location and position. Some travel may be requested to support government meetings.

Requirements

Strong organization, grammatical and editing skills are required.

Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) is critical.

Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize projects to meet deadlines.

Comfortable using website applications to coordinate activities, store files, and enter data as needed.

Applicant should have initiative and be comfortable working independently to complete tasks and communicate with professionalism in a timely manner.

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or additional experience in lieu of a degree
