Organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications to keep project deliverable schedules on track and support Project Managers

Handling any needed travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project-related events

Using online resources to research information

Communicate project information to key partners

Handling the analysis of data, development of reports, prooing and editing of documents, and preparation of presentations

Taking minutes at meetings and maintaining records of assignments and progress

Seeking further information to fill in gaps of incomplete documents

Assist project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support

Requirements

Highly skilled at database and file management

Electronic File experience desired

Expertise in Organizing Files

This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent, though a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred

1 year of business/office experience is necessary for this position

Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical

Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

Past experience with the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is preferred

Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
