Requirements- 4-6 years of project management experience in AMS projects
- has to run daily scrums for production issues triaging
- coordinate with client on behalf of team and be on top of every ticket for timely resolution and closure.
- should have bent for driving the typical application support value adds as per ITIL service delivery asks
- has experience in managing Java based production support (must have) for insurance clients (preferable) as SPOC at client site
- Having P&C functional knowledge would be a big plus.
