POSITION SUMMARY The role of a Project Manager is to manage the entire crane project, within the established budget, scope and timeframe and with responsibility over results and customer satisfaction. The most important aspect of this position is the ability to coordinate and communicate project requirements and status updates to customers and team members.RESPONSIBILITIES:· Coordinate and host Internal and External Kick-off Meetings for all projects· Review and manage projects according to budget and technical requirements· Organize and Coordinate all site deliverables and services· Requisition all required materials for site activities· Coordinate approval drawing flow between the customer and engineering· Identify changes in project scope and manage change orders· Support installation and commissioning activities· Prepare project closing reports
