You will partner with the Merger and Expansion program team, interface and integrations leaders, enterprise and ancillary application leads, and key stakeholders to:-Plan execution path of key milestones in alignment with overarching project timeline.-Ensure optimal tooling and activity sequencing for data extraction from source system and backload into target system.-Coordinate the execution of conversion testing, validation strategy and requirements, and escalations as needed.-Facilitate change management processes to ensure caregiver awareness of data availability (lookback period, access pathways, destination systems).-Facilitate determination of current and future state integration architecture in alignment with application portfolio of merger and expansion sites.-Partner with application owners, vendors, and key stakeholders to assure contracting, PO issuance, and resourcing required to deliver reliable application integrations within the constraints of time, scope, budgetThe future caregiver is someone who:-Has high-level management and leadership skills.-Has the ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively.-Has conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.-Has written and verbal communication skills.This is a rewarding opportunity that offers growth-oriented projects, mentorship, support, and resources. Interfaces with ITD program manager/director in the definition of project.

Develops project charter and tracks performance to charter.

Leads communication and change management for all levels of the affected organizations.

Needs assessment, requirements planning and management, assists in user acceptance testing (UAT) design and evaluation.

Ensures appropriate project plans are developed, scope and deliverable defined, resources secured and expectations are set.

Monitors and reviews work plans; assesses implications of schedule changes.

Provides team leads with the tools to complete deliverables.

Works flow analysis, project discovery and business case preparation.

Provides technology vendor management and oversight during project life-cycle.

Brokering agreement to derive historic data conversion scope including data set, lookback period and destination systems

Coordinating the execution of conversion testing, validation strategy and requirements, and escalations as needed

Facilitating change management processes to ensure caregiver awareness of data availability (lookback period, access pathways, destination systems)

Other duties as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

Certifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), or Certificate in Project Management from an accredited college preferred.

For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date.

Complexity of Work:

Within the scope of the job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Work Experience:

A minimum of 4 years of project management experience is required.

Experience working in a technical environment and healthcare organization is preferred.

Additional project management experience may offset the degree requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Epic experience

Historical Data Conversion experience

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.

Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

Personal Protective Equipment:

Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment.
