Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all daily jobsite activitiesProcure materials and subcontractor servicesWork with the Project Engineer to manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and close-out documentationCoordinate timely material deliveries with the Job ForemanPrepare and maintain project schedules and verify topographic accuracyManage drawing/specification updates and As-Built documentationAdminister subcontracts and purchase ordersObtain permits, schedule third-party inspections, and manage OUPS notificationsAttend and contribute to weekly project meetingsMaintain and strengthen relationships with customersCollaborate with Estimating during the bid and negotiation processWork with Accounting to prepare and submit monthly pay applications Qualifications4–5 years of relevant project management experienceDegree in Engineering or Construction Management is a plusStrong ability to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to follow detailed instructions and manage documentationTeam player with strong organizational and interpersonal skillsReliable, punctual, and demonstrates a strong work ethicProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Bluebeam
