This person will need to sit in the Cincinnati office. They can do a hybrid schedule and work from home some.

The Product Talent Operations consultant will work with 84.51 product and design teams by structuring, organizing and both executing independently as well as helping to manage the teams operations with a focus on accountability for delivery and keeping operations and projects on track, including raising key issues and decision-making at the forefront of the agenda. On the P+D Talent team, there are several workstreams and the operations consultant may be involved in multiple smaller projects in addition to their primary responsibility. This role requires a great deal of attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset. Also, a willingness to be flexible and manage through constant change. Responsibilities will focus on Operations Execution and Communication as well as Project Management. The Operations Consultant also is a connector of people and teamsat the right time and for the right purposeand ensures that internal and external communications effect the necessary relationship building to provide the best opportunity for successful goal attainment.

Responsibilities:

Planning/Delivery Project planning and management for Product + Design tool implementations (as needed). Administration of P+D tools (as needed). Lead semi-annual P+D Surveys.

Communication & Recognition Organize quarterly recognition award. Organize monthly functional newsletter. Coordinate functional meetings (All Connect, All Hands Meetings)

On Boarding Talent Execute on operations checklist for new hires/talent moves, including hardware and software needs. Communication plans for new hires/talent moves Execute on Early Career Program operations, including scheduling meetings.

Other Responsibilities Additional responsibilities are possible depending on individuals skills: Vendor and contract management. Talent data analysis. Able to pull disparate data together, analyze/chart data and help tell the story.

Required Experience/Skills: Strong data analysis skills. Strong problem solving and organizational skills. High attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers, stakeholder and team members regardless of level within the organization. Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Manages change and ambiguity effectively Experienced with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and can learn new tools as needed quickly 2-5 years of operations or Project Manager experience.
