Project Manager - Move, Add, Change (MAC)

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager - Move, Add, Change (MAC) to support workplace transformation, office reconfigurations, employee relocations, churn management, and capital improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be driven to provide exceptional client service while managing multiple Move, Add, Change projects in dynamic and occupied environments.What you'll doManage Move, Add, Change (MAC) projects including employee relocations, workspace reconfigurations, furniture installations, office restacks, departmental moves, and workplace enhancements.Coordinate stakeholders including clients, facilities teams, architects, engineers, furniture vendors, IT teams, contractors, and move management providers to ensure successful project delivery.Analyze, track, and manage project schedules, critical milestones, and dependencies to minimize disruptions to business operations.Verify that effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized throughout project execution.Ensure application of workplace project management best practices across all assigned projects.Produce project status reports, move schedules, occupancy reports, risk logs, and executive updates as required.Monitor multiple concurrent MAC projects to ensure compliance with client workplace standards, design guidelines, and operational requirements.Manage interfaces between facilities, technology, security, furniture, and construction vendors through regular meetings and project trackers.Coordinate the flow of project information through stakeholder meetings, written communications, and move readiness reviews.Forecast and update project milestones, schedules, budgets, occupancy plans, and resource requirements.Coordinate space planning and workplace changes in alignment with business needs and occupancy strategies.Oversee move planning, move execution, furniture deployment, and post-move support activities.Support change management initiatives and communicate workplace changes effectively to impacted stakeholders.Ensure all project activities are delivered with minimal disruption to ongoing business operations.
