Description Robert Half Management Resources is currently offering a 3-4 month, part-time (20 hours per week) contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager - Systems with a manufacturing industry client based in Troy, Ohio. This role involves leading the transition of our ERP system from Epicor to D365, a project that is currently 30% underway. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the project, including working with our third-party implementation partner, and will have the opportunity to mentor less experienced team members. Role is based 100% onsite in Troy, OH.Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of the D365 ERP system, ensuring the project is completed efficiently and effectively. Work closely with our third-party implementation partner based in Dayton, OH. Oversee the migration process from the current Epicor system to the new D365 system. Provide mentorship to less experienced Project Managers within our team. Monitor the project's progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet the set go-live date. Manage the impact of the ERP system implementation on the Sales and Marketing Team, which consists of 150-200 employees and manages around $700 million in revenue. Use your expertise in CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Agile Scrum, Communication, Epicor, Epicor ERP, MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, and MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to drive the project forward. Ensure the project stays within the set budget and timeframes. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on the project's progress. Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may arise during the project's implementation.Requirements Proficient in CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems. Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Epicor and Epicor ERP systems. Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Proven project management skills within the manufacturing industry. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in managing system projects from inception to completion. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification will be advantageous.
