Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team onsite in Solon, OH. The client will be migrating their users from Win 7 to Win 10 and is need of a Project Manager to lead the migration. Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:
- Work with users to identify applications that are not Windows 10 compatible
- Define what the application does, if it is used for production, how is it used on the network
- Identify application owners
- Detail reasons why applications have not been upgraded
- Develop migration strategy / testing plans
- Provide reports to leadership on progress and obstacles
- Provide cost estimates
