We are seeking reliable and self-motivated individuals to conduct inspections and occupancy checks for various banks, insurance companies, and mortgage companies. This is a 1099 position. inspectors will be independent contractors and as a property inspector, you will be responsible for driving from home to home to complete inspections and occupancy checks. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Driving to properties and completing inspections and occupancy checks
- Taking photos and documenting the condition of the property
- Completing digital or paper reports on the condition of the property
- Communicating with relevant stakeholders as required
- Adhering to company policies and guidelines
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable vehicle to travel between properties
- Must have a cell phone with service to communicate with stakeholders and report completion
- Must have access to a printer to print out necessary documents and reports
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Able to work part-time or full-time as required
