Safeguard Properties prides itself as a Leader in the Mortgage Field Services Industry and is currently seeking self-motivated Independent Contractors and Business Owners to join our Property Preservation Vendor Network.Job Responsibilities Include:

 Performing prompt and quality property maintenance tasks including lock changes, debris removal, winterizations, minor roof repairs, and lawn maintenance.

 Updating and processing orders via mobile applications and web platform.

 Effectively communicating with Safeguard Vendor Account Managers.

Requirements for the position

 Must have Errors & Omissions and General Liability insurance with $1 million coverage limits.

 Must have prior experience and know how to complete the above responsibilities.

 Must provide own tools to complete jobs.

 Must have valid ID.

 Must have reliable transportation.

 Must provide own means to get jobs completed.

 Must be willing to communicate and follow instructions.

 Must be able to complete work orders in a timely manner.

Job Type: Contract
