Collect samples including raw materials, finished product, process equipment and environmental.
Test raw materials and finished products per cGMP requirements and participate in lab investigations
Operate lab equipment
Participate in internal/external quality audits
Maintain personal lab work area and assist with general lab cleaning
Participate in training and development
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in Science discipline
Work experience in anything outside of just school (retail, food, etc)
PREFERRED:
Chemistry or Food Science degree
0-2 years of experience in a GMP/FDA regulated manufacturing environment
