Description We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst in the technology industry, based in Cleveland, Ohio. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, with a primary focus on automation and scripting. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be part of a remote team, with occasional visits to the office being an ideal arrangement. Responsibilities: Develop and execute automation scripts to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Monitor and analyze system performance to ensure optimal functioning. Use Atlassian Jira for project management and bug tracking purposes. Utilize AB Testing methods to optimize system performance. Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to manage workflow and productivity. Conduct regular audits to ensure system compliance and integrity. Provide superior customer service, resolving customer inquiries promptly and efficiently. Use your knowledge of Android Development to contribute to system improvements. Manage and maintain the database system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. Use EO/IR systems for data analysis and troubleshooting. Requirements Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role with a minimum of 3 years in the field. Proficient in Android Development and Atlassian Jira. Familiarity with EO/IR systems and AB Testing techniques. Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies. Strong knowledge and understanding of database structures. Demonstrated ability to perform auditing tasks accurately. Experience in Call Center Customer Service and exceptional Customer Service skills. Proficient in Bug Tracking tools and techniques. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
