Quality Assurance Specialist

One of our clients is looking for the position of

• Position going to be hybrid (two days in the office) from Mid-July
• Submit candidates who can work from Columbus, OH
• Candidate should bring their own laptop or Vendor should provide laptop

• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing and reporting on metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met;
• Strong hands-on testing knowledge of FNS 583, TDR, OWN, SNAP Performance report, User Reconciliation reports
• Strong hands-on working knowledge of Business Intelligence System Testing; Cognos BI and Tableau reports testing; ETL knowledge
• Act as the System Test lead for Enhancements and Product upgrade releases. Coordinate testing activities across multiple test tracks within a release
• Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers;
• Identify defects and track them from discovery to resolution;
• Ensure that the SI maintains high quality and accuracy up to software release;
• Ensure all testing work is carried out in accordance with the Testing Plan, including schedule and quality requirements;

• Must have excellent written and oral skills for communicating to System Testing team, stakeholders, and other technical team members, as well as upper management
• 5-7 years of experience with Medicaid Eligibility rules and policies. Specific testing knowledge and experience with FNS 583, TDR, OWN, SNAP Performance report, CMS Reports, and User Reconciliation reports
• 5+ years of experience in BI System Testing (ETL, Cognos BI and Tableau tools testing knowledge).
• At least 5 years’ experience: Coordinate test scripting and execution with team members. Coordinate with System Testing activities with stakeholders and Application Dev. Teams.
