• Providing accurate estimates for QA efforts including test case design, scripting, test data management, test execution, and defect correction
• Designing and creating test cases and scripts that provide accurate and complete coverage of the requirements, including positive scenarios, negative scenarios, and edge cases
• Analyzing requirements and providing feedback on completeness and testability
• Developing, maintaining, and executing automated tests, following test automation guidelines and best practices
• Maintaining the health of automated test scripts to ensure efficient operation of the continuous integration pipeline
• Identifying and documenting defects found during test cycles, participating in defect prioritization sessions and root cause analysis
• Identifying opportunities to improve application code quality by increasing unit and integration test coverage
• Providing ideas and feedback on test automation frameworks and opportunities to improve
• Participating in all ceremonies, meetings, and sessions held for the project and team
• Assisting with building and maintaining test environments and driving their best use
• Understanding core quality metrics and how to utilize them to foster quality improvement

• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance and a software testing position
• 3+ years of experience in developing and executing automated test scripts, frameworks, and test runners
• 3+ years of experience with test case tools and management
• 2+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• 1 year of experience with defect tools and management
• 1 year of experience using SQL and other query methods to validate data changes in the database
• Concrete experience with creating test data and utilizing test data management tools
• Utilizing the OKR work process
• Familiarity with NoSQL Databases
