Job Title: Quality Inspector20 ABOVEJob DescriptionPrecision Aero manufactures and sells Aerospace parts. They have a wide range of products to numerous customers. This role is specifically to handle their fuse plug division. Precision Aero manufactures fuse plugs for the tires on airplanes. The fuse plugs help prevent tires from bursting under extreme pressure. Precision has had an increase in business. They are usually putting out 20,000 fuse plugs a month. They are now putting out 45,000. This individual will be responsible for soldering, inspecting, and cutting the fuse plugs. Inspectors will receive a batch of fuse plugs from the machining group. They will then be responsible for filling in holes by soldering. They will then need to put the parts in a specialized lathe in order to trim the solder. They will then perform measurements with micrometers and calipers to ensure quality. Using Fisheye, soldering gun, micrometers, calipers, small grinder, and small lathe.Hard Skills

The facility is climate controlled. There is a lot of room to expand and add new machines. Inspectors have a separate room with all their equipment. They have work stations that they are able to sit at every day.
