3rd Shift Machine Operator – Great Bonuses AND Benefits!
A well-established manufacturing facility in West Chester that offers room for promotions during the temp-to-hire phase and great benefits once hired on, including a $1000 bonus!
Position Details:Multiple candidates are needed for entry-level machine operation positions. This is a 3
rdshift position with the hours of 12:00am-8:00am Sun-Thurs. and starting pay of $17.00/hr.Advancement into skilled machine operator positions is available at a faster rate for those who are flexible to work any shift.
Training is mandatory on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks Mon through Friday 8a-4p. What they offer:- Temp-to-hire as soon as 45days

- $1000 retention bonus after 1 year of employment
- $200 referral bonus, following stipulations are met

Responsibilities and Requirements:
You will be releasing spools from the Take-Up Machine, rolling the spools a few feet to the crane area, using the overhead crane to lift the spools on to the skids and setting up the new spool to begin the process.
Even though this is the entry level machine operation area for the company, you can move up to larger machines in other departments.Must have the ability to lift, push, pull 50-100lbs, anything
100 pounds or more using a hoist crane/forklift - Must have at least 6months of experience working in a similar position Why wait?
