Recruiter

Description Dayton organization is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join their HR team. This role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring potential candidates who holds not only the experience and skills needed for the roles in our organization but also the passion for our mission.Responsibilities:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and establish recruitment strategies.

Write and post job descriptions on job boards and social media platforms.

Headhunt potential candidates using various sourcing strategies, including social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs.

Conduct initial applicant screenings and coordinate follow-up interviews with hiring managers.

Regularly update and maintain candidate database.

Utilize metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and strategies.

Plan and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach programs.

Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter.

Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods.
