In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to help us achieve our business goals as we are expanding and hoping to server wider geographical locations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions across the organization.

Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.

Screening and Interviewing: Evaluate resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule online nterviews.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
