Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Project Assistant for a local school, based in Independence, Ohio. This role involves the management of student applications and records, with a primary focus on maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Processing customer credit applications with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Maintaining and updating customer credit records on a regular basis. Resolving customer credit inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner. Monitoring customer credit accounts to ensure all information is up-to-date. Taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments, following company policies and procedures. Assisting with the Registration Process as needed to facilitate customer service and operational efficiency. Reporting to our Independence office location regularly to ensure smooth operations. Transitioning into a new role as required, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to team success. Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and maintain high-quality service standards. Adhering to all company policies and procedures, demonstrating a commitment to ethical business practices. Requirements Candidate must have a strong understanding of the service industry. Proficiency in managing registration processes is mandatory. Experience in a project assistant role or similar capacity is highly desirable. Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required. Exceptional written and oral communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Proficient in using project management software and other relevant digital tools. Demonstrable problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results in a high-pressure situation. Availability to work outside of traditional office hours if required by project needs. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. detail oriented certification in project management will be considered an asset.
