Remodeling / Apartment Turns

Basic apartment remodeling. Must have experience in the interior trim, baseboards, door casing, pre-hung doors, cabinet installation, vanity installation, fiberglass tub surrounds, drywall, painting, light electric replacing outlets switches and lighting, light plumbing, etc.

You will need your own basic hand tools and reliable transportation, your girlfriend's car is not reliable transportation!

Most work is inside, hours are 8 - 5 Monday - Friday paid every Friday. This is a 1099 position and the starting pay is $18.00 per hour for the first 30 days. I am looking for good employees, not contractors.
