job summary:

For this contractor assignment, as an IT Change Release Management Analyst Senior, you'll join our Enterprise Change Management team, a highly collaborative team coordinating the implementation of IT changes to the organizations production infrastructure. The role serves as a single point of contact for infrastructure change control, ensuring that changes are properly scheduled, managed to mitigate risk and delivered on time with high quality.

Required skills:

- Experience with

BMC Remedy, including the Change Management module

- Working knowledge of ITIL and industry standards, concepts, terminology, and common practice

- Experience with meeting compliance requirements such as PCI and SOX

responsibilities:

- You will review and approve requested production changes, ensuring adherence to compliance controls.

- You'll plan and facilitate local and enterprise Change Advisory Board meetings.

- You'll also plan and facilitate major change events and implementations, such as monthly IT Planned Outages, and coordinate with engineers, service, and project teams to design and gain consensus on complex production deployments.

- The deployments are executed both during and before normal business hours, with an occasional need for weekend deployments.
