ROOFING & SIDING SALESPEOPLE

Storms are here, and we are seeking energetic Sales people that want to live a certain lifestyle.

Salesman Responsibility:

Maintain relationships with customer from start to completion

Maintain all paperwork in a timely manner

Maintain all appointments with customers and adjusters

Assist as needed with office, and production throughout completion of services

Collect all monies and turn into office in a timely manner

Companies Responsibility:

Provide all marketing tools

Use of office, and support as needed

Leads as they come in

Ladder assist as needed

Compensation: 0-500K

300.00 per week as a DRAW for operating expenses

All canvassed leads the company will pay 12% of the gross

For leads Company provides will be paid at 10% of the gross

Compensation 500-1M

The company agrees to increase compensation by 1%

Compensation: Over 1M

The Company will increase compensation across the board to 15%

Compensation on Supplements and responsibilities:

60/40 split

The salesperson is responsible for all paperwork
