Title: RPA Application AnalystLocation: 100% remoteDIRECT-HIRE

In this position you will monitor, and support automation solutions deployed to production, develops solutions to address issues and enhancements, and supports the development of net-new automations. The Automation team primarily supports Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions, with an evolving and growing toolset. Required Skills:• Reporting experience such as creating reports in dashboards (PowerBI preferred)• 2+ Supporting software applications doing troubleshooting, monitoring, and support• 2+ years of building dashboards or supporting dashboards• 2+ years of supporting servers & infrastructure• Experience supporting or developing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions with Automation Anywhere is preferred.

Job Duties:

• Monitor automation solutions with a focus on performance management, scheduling, and capacity management.• Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time automation monitoring and report on automation metrics.• Proactively communicate and address issues, changes, and concerns to business units when discovered through monitoring activities.• Serve as the primary resource to address and resolve automation software issues in accordance with SLAs for incidents assigned to the Automation team.• Own the Automation team's IT change management activities and perform associated tasks including change ticket management, code migration, and deployment support.• Perform automation administration tasks including security management and license management.• Develop business process automation solutions for break-fix issues or enhancements that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, scalable, and easy to understand.• Create and maintain solution documentation when automations are changed during support activities.• Perform automation software upgrades, collaborating with other IT teams and/or automation software vendors, and affected business units.• Perform periodic SOx control reviews to adhere to IT compliance processes.• Collaborate with automation software vendors as needed for advanced issue support and maintenance or patching activities.• Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues accordingly. Additional nice to have:• Understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.• Relevant work experience will include basic experience supporting, designing, and developing or configuring software solutions.• Experience providing customer-focused support of software solutions, both internally and externally.• Experience developing or configuring dashboards or reports. Experience with PowerBI is preferred.• Experience supporting or developing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions with Automation Anywhere is preferred.• Experience in business analysis, scoping business requirements, identifying scope change and system impacts (including external systems).• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.• Experience working within Agile methodologies is preferred.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Good communication and organizational skills.• Basic software development or configuration, testing, and troubleshooting skills.

Education & Experience Requirements: • Associates or Bachelor Degree Required with 2+ years of related experience required. In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of related experience required.
