Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.Primary Responsibilities-Drives sales execution and revenue realization-Develops demand creation at end-users, including site visits with or without agents/ distribution-Manages territory mapping and account planning-Cross-Brand selling facilitation for all EFS brands, product lines, and applicationsManages market(s) within assigned territory:-Drives revenue achievement, customer growth and conversion via job sites, end users, panel shops, contractors, specifiers, installers, prefab shops (CADDY), and cross selling nVent solutions-Partners with local Reps (regional sales leaders and territory sales teams)-Supports Channel Partners (Branch Managers, District or Regional sales teams, District or Regional vertical market teams, inside sales and sales support)Manages growth and revenue realization, including:-Regional and local programs (rebate programs for end users and contractors)-Territory and customer specific SPAs, projects, and contributes to regional and/or area pricing strategy-Acts as voice of customer conduit between the field and support functions; collaborates with various business functions to assure direction on products, processes, and strategiesSupports inventory planning and promotions at distributor partners:-Ensures project or initiative supporting material is positioned correctly-Develops and executes plan to improve stocking position-SPIFFs, promotions, counter days, trade show events, merchandizing, counter area display, product positioningWE HAVE:
