Join Our Team – Commission-Based Sales Representative (Outdoor Furniture & TEMO Projects) – Ohio
Are you a motivated, self-driven individual with a passion for outdoor living spaces and home improvement? We’re expanding and looking for Independent Sales Representatives across all of Ohio to promote and sell our premium outdoor furniture and TEMO sunrooms, pergolas, and patio covers. Offering paid training.
Position: Commission-Based Sales Representative
10 % of sales (excluding sales tax and shipping fees)
High return rate, average commission per month is 7k-10k a month
Location: Statewide (Ohio) – Remote & Field-Based
Compensation: 100% Commission (High Earning Potential)
Industry: Outdoor Furniture & Home Improvement (TEMO Projects)
What You’ll Do:
Generate leads and close sales for high-quality outdoor furniture and custom TEMO outdoor living structures.
Conduct in-person consultations with homeowners and businesses.
Build and maintain client relationships through superior service and follow-up.
Represent our brand with professionalism, product knowledge, and integrity.
Who We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in sales (home improvement, furniture, real estate, or similar is a plus.
Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned Ohio territory.
Full-time
